Conditions of Entry


Registration is required for all trade visitors, and a badge must be worn at all times. Admission is restricted to professional and business visitors.

Delegates should be engaged in legitimate professional areas of the agriculture and related industries.

All stand personnel, delegates, guests, stand contractors and services acknowledge that only official admission badge issued by Info Salons on behalf of Reed Exhibitions Australia, worn by the person named on it, will permit admission into Agriworld Australia 2015.

Any person found to be registering to attend Agriworld Australia 2015 using false information or credentials or deliberately withholding information may have their registration application automatically denied. Without prejudice, the organisers reserve the right to exclude any person(s) from entry into Agriworld Australia  2015.


Reed Exhibitions will only supply Visa invitation letters to exhibitors that have been contracted and have paid for their stand. We do not issue letters to visitors.


The dress code for Agriworld Australia 2015 is Business or Smart Casual.


Entry to Agriworld Australia 2015 will be permitted to trade visitors on the condition that they do not attempt to canvass products or services whilst visiting the exhibition. Any visitor attempting to canvass Agriworld Australia 2015 exhibitors or visitors will be asked to leave.


Senior representatives from tertiary educational institutions MUST pre-register student groups. Please contact Desire Wilton, Senior Exhibition Coordinator, on 02 9422 2941 for more details. The student group leader Teacher(s) must accompany their group at all times.

Agriworld Australia 2015 is strictly a business event and it is NOT open to the general public. No primary or secondary student groups are allowed to attend the exhibition.


No person under the age of 18 years, including children of exhibitors, will be admitted during the tenancy period.
